How to make a slip knot

The slip knot is one of the most basic and versatile knots used in knitting, crocheting, and other yarn crafts. It's a great way to start any project as it can be easily undone and adjusted if needed. A slip knot is also known as a running knot and is used for many different purposes.

6. Put the loop on the hook, with the knot to the left of the hook. Pull on the working yarn to make the loop smaller.
